Subterfuge

waltzing impeccably
on the limits
of time and providence
i slice my image
into thin wedges.

sashaying flawlessly
on putrid flesh
of rationale and pledge
i sculpt myself
as individual yet again.

self is not always easy to find
i keep re-reading this and thinking about it
(mind you - anything with the word "sashaying" in it has to be good) :)
cheers

floots:self is never easy to find. Just when we think we did, it takes a volte face. I used sashaying becos I felt it conveys what I want to. I need the positivity.

plona: yes, we do! I always do...

margie: thanks.

pat: It is supposed to reinforce, not weaken it. I don't know if I succeeded.

keshi: hug you sweetie.

andrew: Thanks.

yeah,"sashaying " always grab my attention. :)

slicing images is more like photoshop, where we can use it to cover a flaw or enhance certain properties. good analogy here. :)

Thanks dsnake1.

Sometimes we have to slice through layered images.
