Rockin' again, huh?
the intro is catchy, and "Indian"?

i prefer their slower ballads. eg. Child in Time.

It must be for my brother--I didn't know you knew him--but back in high school he was a big Deep Purple fan.

I'll have to hook up my other computer, the one in my office is mute. I haven't listened to deep purple for some time, so I'm looking forward to it. I hope your special person enjoys it very much.

Hi-
Interesting how my music taste has changed and expanded. When I first heard this long before today, I would have characterized it as "noise." That is so NOT so today. In fact, this piece spoke to me from the title of the band (my favorite color) to the title to the song, to it's strong rhthymic and emotional lyrics.

Listening to this emphasizes current, new determination I've undertaken. I was thinking "yes, Yes, YES!" as I listened to it. Although this wasn't for me, it felt like it. Plus, you posted it on a special day in my life when I needed to feel connected. COOL and Thank you!

As long as Deep Purple is in my life, nothing can wrong. Thats how deeply I feel about this band.

My love affair with this band started when I was around 7 years old.

I am deeply indebted to my brothers for introducing me to rock music while I was as young as that.

This song always has a spiritual effect on me...right from the day I listened to it.

Hence it is for a very special person.....

To you....

My Poet From India

Talk about her like a queen
Dancing in a eastern dream
Yeah, she makes me feel like a river
That carries me away

My poet from India
She makes me see
My poet from India
She's so good to me

I changed the Tokyo lyrics a little but I liked the eastern dream thing.
((muah))
