nameless nuances

gravity gravitates me
tamely towards
something unexplained
nameless nuances
infuses into the whole of me
I feel new and rejuvenated
shattered dreams should
have pulled me down
but hope has kept me afloat

"is it a way of preparing
the mind for a delayed reaction?"

I like the structure of this. The image that you've constructed with the words.

I loved this so much, so captures feelings I have been emersed in. Love how language can allow someone that does not know me or my life to affect my soul. Thanks for this piece!

there is so much in this verses.

delayed reaction is a good observation, like calm before the storm, this is like assurance before the storm. i have many times experience this happening :)

I like this. At first without hope, but then it returns.

First time here...

a different interpretation of Hope...

Maybe it is a way of causing a delayed reaction... but I just see it as a life saver that helps us in getting a little more out of life :)

take care mate.. cheers...

Mind has many ways of preparing, i feel..varing from person to person..

because, perhaps mind is most difficult of all sciences studied my man.

and its not a standardised item in human body -- not even w.r.t the outlines that mark physical features of a human being...so that you can read things into it

anyway, good thought here...

wishes!

This is quite detached from the rest, but that's OK (or even desirable) because it made me think of what the connection might be.

Such a great thing hope is! Well written. Hope is what propels most of us through life, without it where would we be?
