guise of a smile

those vibes emanating from him
were evil guised as good
I sensed it in his rambling
he being your friend
I ignored my inner warning

he almost destroyed us both

Wow. Succinct and powerful. I think the evil disguised as good can often be more dangerous than plain unveiled evil.
