That said, I get some spam links and comments even with it in place, so maybe I'll change my mind.Francis Scudellarihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01008685302028451297noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13825130.post-65348589221468362382009-09-06T16:38:17.058+05:302009-09-06T16:38:17.058+05:30Yes I agree with you word verification is annoyin...Yes I agree with you word verification is annoying.Linda Mayhttp://lindylou.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13825130.post-57240993321362488832009-08-13T08:50:08.374+05:302009-08-13T08:50:08.374+05:30I got spam too and the useless typing thing helped...I got spam too and the useless typing thing helped.<br /><br />Thank you for stopping by.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18119718461267453386noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13825130.post-15048354572322499292009-08-11T20:33:36.835+05:302009-08-11T20:33:36.835+05:30I had never used letter id until I began getting v...I had never used letter id until I began getting very long anonymous posts from someone in the far east mostly in their language and words interspersed that looked like that might be porno. I, too, hate the useless typing and sometimes have just read and gone on even though I had a comment to make. I have never had a spam or even a bad comment. Sometimes I wish people would be a little more critical. I know I have a lot to learn and a few<br />"constructive comments" may be helpful. If some writers cannot be positive, so be it. I believe I could grow a few feathers and let it drain off.George S Battyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15407137341843413701noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13825130.post-43873129758845850972009-08-01T05:56:45.078+05:302009-08-01T05:56:45.078+05:30Thanks for this, Gautami. It also discourages people to post. After all who wants to type prismatic jumbled words. And yes moderation is a sign of paranoia...Thanks for the tip of changing the settingTarun Mitrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07121533974931375556noreply@blogger.com
