Poetry for me is a way of living, it comes out of nowhere and I have to write it down. How I write, what I write, I decide. I am not asking you to be judgemental. I am gifted with the ability to see beyond the obvious.

illusion...haiku
so rugged surface convoluted and/or denuded or my mind conjures
Interesting one, Gautami. I'm going to have to step away and re-read it again in a few hours—I struggle with the third line "or my mind conjures". My initial take is that the "convoluted and/or denuded" judgment of the observed rugged surface is a conjuration of your mind. But perhaps I am off the mark with this theory. Thanks for making me think!

Nice one! The mind does indeed "conjures" --always creating what it wants. Right?
