random words

I need
I need to spread my wings
I must not let the clouds to host in my heart
I don't want the state to rescue me
who needs a patron
when one has oneself?
the ticking will go on
to measure my depth of misery
I will spend my day in inducing humility

but why?

you may dance now
with as many as you want
my heart will race to catch you
and you will be back
where you belong

"the question is where do you really belong?"

I really appreciate the determined sufficiency this piece conveys. Strength in these words!

Who can tell where... the sense of being part of something as family depends on us... it's not in the place that we have today..but the kind of attitude we possess that will define whether we belong or not to a certain group or place that comes across our way... nicely..

Nice poem. Who really knows exactly where they belong. It's part of the adventure.

Where does the strong choice lie in the options when we have to let go of someone? Going on, questioning, occasionally stumbling backwards ... this is what your poem affirms for me.

I think finding the place where one belongs happens more than once and should be treated as a gift from the Universe each and every time. Really like your words and accompanying photo,
