hibernation

I want to hibernate for eternity
but your banter stops me
I fumble in the ground
and glance towards the sky
and write a letter
copying from the etched teardrops

I see my girl pal, cycling away afar
and run towards her
we both pedal away our moods
she her adrenalin,
I, my hibernation plan!

"hibernation" good to sleep and dream; maybe the "girl pal" would be interested..lots of books to read! Fun!

Sometimes I think we do need to step away from things, but it's lovely when our friends call us back.

Loved your 55, gautami.

Curious how our plans can be altered just by a friend being there and despite differences togetherness is sufficient to enjoy the others company. There is a lot more to be found in this piece than at first sight. I enjoyed it.

I'd be peddling away adrenalin. Grab the adventures while you can. :)

There is no denying it: a semi-clad woman on a bicycle can ruin the best laid plans.
