kaleidoscope----One Single Impression
dark foreboding clouds
give rise to goosebumps
flashing lights behind the eyeschills the heart
blackness surrounds the mind
shaking up the very grounds
under our feet"is it not strange we see a kaleidoscopewhen we know fear has no colour?"

I like the subtle depth. I thought I was wading in on an easy set of words when suddenly I was swimming in deep thought.
You are good!
Oh, I really like the question.

An interesting idea.
"fear has no colour"
where did you come across this concept?
"Fear has no color" - profound. Deep, beautiful poem.
"Fear has no color.." Wow, what an awesome statement.
I can feel the storm rolling in when I read this poem-- you can smell the ozone and feel the thunder. This is very nice.
When I first considered this post, I thought of the contrast between the black and white of night and the color of daytime and mindfulness! You've done a wonderful job--far better than I could have. Thanks.

You really make the reader feel what the sky might be saying. I always enjoy photographing dramatic
skies like the ones you've described here.
Excellent!
Hmmm... some thinking to do here with the poem and the question. Interesting! I'm new to One SIngle Impression and writing poems. Glad to have found bloggers with similar interest.
Love the idea of the kaleidoscope and the color lacking in fear!
Your description of fear, the way in which you delivered it, and ending question, leave me astonished! This is great. Thanks.
