dissolved

let me hold your tiredness
and those troubling thoughts
you have, will disappear.
I will dissolve all those in a chemical
of my own making,
the scent of which will engulf us.
I will add our combined forces
so that no negative thing pitches out

"I will attune it all to flow smoothly between us"

I'm thinking of a good back rub followed by a glass of Malbec. Smiles.

Your writings have taken on a nice, sultry quality lately, Gautami. I'm sure there's a reason and I'm sure it's good. :)

Ooooo, very nice! I do believe we make new chemicals according to the different friend and lover matches we make.

And, a bit unrelated, I shall make YOUR very own special sidebar button next, and post it on my site! Look for it in the next 1 to 36 hours! whooohoo.

Romantic science - that's a new one, and so delightful

Sensual and endearing. This is beautiful! I'm still letting the words and the visuals swim in my mind while I imagine the speaker and her audience.

Gautami, although I like your title, I think you might want to call this one The Chemistry of Sensuality. It is smooth and so visual somehow. Great writing,

Elizabeth

When the desire to heal meets chemical . . this is one terrific scientific remedy. Lovely.

Love that science has measured the differences in chemistry that occur within us when we meet with ones we love...great poem!

They say that love is chemistry. This sounds too good for simple science though.
