something fishy

marinated fish
goes into that flat frying pan
oh, splattered bliss

bliss leaks from sides
releasing smells into my brain
making mouth water

but fish seek coke

I am following it from about fish, chips, nothing much else. Go check that out too!

Why not write a poem or a story in exactly 160 characters each Sunday? Spaces included! Head for Monkey Man for Sunday 160!

PS: No, I wasn't cooking the fish. It is all imagination.

new template, Gautami? :) seems ok, but the previous one sort of had a charm to it :D

anyways, cooking something that tasty should definitely make the mouth water I think :) though not a fish fan myself ;)

thanks for joining in at Haiku Heights :)

Nice Haiku, but I must pass on the fish. So nice to know I'm not really the only vegetarian in the world!

I think the taste lingers in your poem. What a savory piece for MMs 160.

A very graphic spattering of poetry. Well done. Thanks for visiting my 160, I work in a hospital so todays post is about a patient.
